Kyle’s classes have been so amazing to go to!! They are so much fun and an amazing addition to my riding but also my everyday life!! I absolutely love the community that has been created and beyond grateful for all I have meet through these classes.

I have also been seeing Kyle for massage therapy to help manage my chronic migraines and it has been a complete game changer and he has helped me learn so much of what my body needs and what is triggering them. I always leave with a better game plan of exercises and stretches to help at home.

I have been working with Kyle over the summer of my knee injury. He has not only been pushing me to go as hard as I can, with in my limits, but he has also been helping me build confidence. Kyle is extremely knowledgeable about nutrition and exercise but also explains the why behind everything. Kyle also shows care towards his clients on a personal level. I hope to continue to work with him throughout my journey!

I cannot say enough good things about Kyle. One of the best (and most unique) things about Kyle is that he does not just help people reach their fitness goals, but he creates an incredible sense of community. I have been a member of many different gyms over the years and I have never experienced anything like it anywhere else. The community that Kyle has created is one in which you feel welcomed, accepted, supported, and challenged to be the best that you can be - it is truly unmatched.

Kyle’s ability to bring people together speaks volumes about who he is as a person and as a trainer. One of the things I appreciate the most about Kyle is that not only does HE push you to help you achieve your fitness goals (and life goals), but he does not allow you to limit YOURSELF. I was never a morning person before I met Kyle and could not comprehend a world in which I completed a workout prior to 8am (at the earliest). With Kyle’s help, I was able to change my lifestyle to routinely make it to his 5:45am workout classes and although I was still not a cheery morning person, I was there. Even after moving away from Pullman, I maintained a schedule of waking up at 4:45am to ensure that my day starts with a workout. Kyle helped change my mindset and his impact on my life/lifestyle is something for which I will always be grateful.

Kyle is also one of the most knowledgeable trainers I have ever worked with. He ensures that you have proper form during every exercise which is so important for injury prevention. On top of everything else, Kyle is just a wonderful human. He will celebrate your victories as if they are his own. He will listen to you and help you achieve your goals. He will encourage your crazy cat lady tendencies (if you have them). And he will do all of it with a smile. If you have not met or worked with Kyle yet, you are MISSING OUT!

I worked with Kyle over last summer and absolutely loved it. He will challenge you to be better in all aspects of life (physically and mentally). There’s no doubt that Kyle is passionate in what he does, and has a strong desire in helping you reach any goals you have set, regardless of what they are. He is knowledgeable in what he does and will make the purpose of the exercises clear. I always love to know why I’m doing what I’m doing in workouts and what muscle it is helping, and he doesn’t hesitate to explain every part of it. He is motivated to teach and help his clients grow into their full potential. I cannot say enough good things about Kyle, and will return anytime I am back in Pullman.

Kyle was recommended to me by a friend for massage therapy, he is very professional, and is always looking for the root of the problem when it comes to massage. After working with him for a few months in massage therapy, and enjoying all the wonderful conversations with Kyle, I decided to start personal training with him on a weekly basis. Every week, I get the joy of working out with Kyle, he focuses on not only strength building, but agility, and control. He is always there to answer my questions, whether it’s about fitness and nutrition, or about other life matters. Along with our personal training sessions, Kyle offers hybrid sessions, where we work out, and also do a shortened massage therapy session. To add to everything else he does, Kyle is an amazing person, and there to help you work through everything life has to throw at you. Whether it’s through working out tough muscles on his massage table, breaking a sweat on the rower, or taking a sledge hammer to a massive tire. 10/10 recommend him for everything he does.

100 Year Warrior has changed the way I think about health. Kyle is incredibly knowledgeable and cares deeply about educating his clients. There is not a question I've had that has gone unanswered. He is experienced training a wide variety of people. I was apprehensive about having a personal trainer due to personal lack of experience, he's excellent at pushing your limits to promote consistent growth. He also offers massage therapy, which he makes very comfortable. Overall I recommend seeing Kyle for both personal training and massage!

There are many words I could use to describe Kyle Jorgensen (owner of the 100 Year Warrior training facility): trainer, fitness expert, coach, teacher, etc. The thing I appreciate about him the most is his consistency. Kyle consistently brings his passion for helping people, his love of personal training, and his indefatigable energy into his training sessions—whether it is his group classes or his one-on-one sessions. I do not know quite how he manages it, but he is able to offer classes that are challenging and fun to all skill levels. There are many VERY athletic people in his group classes and I, middle aged and on the bigger side, feel comfortable and welcome.

If it has been a while since you have worked out or you think it is too late, I encourage you to reach out to him. Menopause ran me over last year and Kyle has been infinitely kind and patient in helping me navigate this time of life. Many times, he has tailored my one-on-one sessions to fit what I needed that day—one time I had overdone hiking the day before and he just helped me stretch and recover. He also can be tough and push me to out of my comfort zone. Whatever your fitness level or goals are Kyle can help you up your game. He is very knowledgeable about nutrition, anatomy, and over all functional mobility.

Simply put Kyle is the BEST!
