Joshua has been one of my boxing coaches as I get back into the sport. He has been instrumental in my growth as a boxer and I can feel my technique, confidence, and stamina improving week by week. He selects the best drills for my build and his expertise extends beyond the ring, as he supplements his instruction with general fitness and nutrition knowledge. Highly recommend.

He is the man, and if I could give him 6 stars I would. Ive been to gyms and worked with coaches, but Josh is on his own level. You're not going to find a more dedicated trainer. He makes it fun, you never feel belittled, you never feel like you cant do something, and you walk out knowing that guy cares about your progress. He trained me and I won my first ever boxing match. He's now not only a mentor, but a friend. Train with Josh and you will not be dissapointed.

Josh is an amazing trainer and motivator! His classes are by far the most intense and satisfying workouts that I’ve encountered. Not only does Josh really care about his clients personal fitness goals, he goes above and beyond to really help each individual get better with each workout they do. If you’re looking for a sign to do it - this is it. Josh is the best trainer in Texas - whether you’re an amateur, or have been an athlete your entire life. He will create a workout regime designed for YOUR goals, and provide you much motivation to do it. The best part, the workouts go by quickly because you’re having fun, however, they’re very challenging/rewarding.

Had I been training on my own, there would have been several times I would have quit during the workout because I was tired. With Josh, I continue to push myself to new levels, and I’ve become incredibly proud of my efforts and the results they’ve produced. I’m much more confident, physically and emotionally. Additionally, I’ve picked up a new hobby and passion. You won’t get this level of training on your own - I promise. Do it!!!!

Joshua is an excellent, honorable, respectful, experienced personal trainer! I started training with him for months. I am enjoying every session and progressively seeing the result as I expected! I am an amateur but he designed every session well fit for me and has done everything he can to have worked schedules for me. Coach Joshua is Hands Down the BEST Trainer I have ever worked with! Since 2019 I have had several opportunities to work with him in my journey to good health. Joshua has always been very focused on providing me with exactly what I needed at the time. His genuine personality is very focused on delivering training that is thoughtful of the health objectives of each client. I've lost 29 pounds and am in better shape and health than I have been in 20 years. My muscle tone is coming through and I have made some major adjustments to my overall health with his consultations. Joshua has always been able to push one to your physical limits to overcome one's obstacles, physically and mentally in the most gentle way. You won't be disappointed!

Josh is amazing! Before I started working with Josh, I had been suffering with debilitating shoulder pain. I tried stretching on my own. I had even tried massages and getting stretched. Nothing provided relief beyond a couple of hours. Josh noticed that I was not hitting hard in kickboxing class. I told him about my pain and limited range of motion. I remember his eyes lit up. He said "I can help with that." I took a chance and signed up. In my first session, Josh went right to work and took me through some stretches and strengthening exercises. I left feeling tired and sore but in a good way. The next morning I woke up free of shoulder pain! After just one session! Only one! I would not have believed it was possible had I not experienced it myself.
I have had other trainers in the past. All of them very good. Josh, however, is by far the most outstanding. He is encouraging and knowledgeable. He makes workouts fun. Even if he does not specifically say so, I know he adjusts exercises so that they are doable for my current fitness level but hard enough to continue building me up. I leave each session having learned something new and feeling eager to practice what I have learned that day. I highly recommend Josh!
