It’s spacious, very clean, has all the necessary equipment and even more.

➕lockers and showers, changing room kept ultra clean. Also has a hairdryer.
➕ doesn’t get too full, but even so, it’s separated in different parts, for cardio, legs etc.
➕has a cool smoothie bar where you can get fresh smoothies and protein shakes and also full healthy meals
➕the owners are super nice and friendly people, spending a lot of time at the gym ( hi dear)
➕ if you get the one months membership, it’s super affordable, only 350 Durham. Or you can pay the daily entrance fee of 50.

Honestly, with all this modern equipment and good management, I think this is a very underestimated gym and more people should know about it ?

How come is possible to keep like this staff front desk receptionist… they don’t know how to talk with clients.. she from Philippines to Wrost speak and she blaming to the clients Wrost staff at reception

Good gym with good equipment, however there are way too many personal trainers taking over a lot of the equipment & force you to wait for a while until they're done using up three or even four devices at the same time. Some of the members were very rude as well talking to me as if they own the gym.

I also hope the staff inform some members to ask permission or ensure the surrounding area is empty before recording or taking videos because I would definitely not want to be in someone's instagram or tiktok video.

I been in this gym since 2 years, I would like to give my opinion that this is one of the perfect gym I’ve been in Dubai when it comes to machines, cleanliness staff shout out to Chops and Khim very attentive and witty and they always make sure to keep the gym organized. Well managed gym I should say! Bravo!
