John is an excellent trainer! I've been seeing him for a little over a year. I've not only lost weight, I've been able to build muscle and gain strength. John also provides nutritional guidance and coaching. Recently he switched to a small group format. Even with this format, I still get one-on-one attention versus one size fits all. The gym is clean and well put together. John is very professional and relational.

Fitness 621 is an amazing private training gym. It hosts some of the most talented and professional trainers that truly help you get the results you desire. John is an incredible, compassionate, and knowledgeable trainer who will guide you through fitness and nutrition. Working with John I have lost over 40 lbs and still loosing weight. He took my goals and assisted in a plan tailored just for me. He is consistently educated me new research pertaining to nutrition and proper body mechanics to prevent injuries.
