RockeyFit Elite is the best! Nicole is wonderful! She is incredibly knowledgeable, encouraging, caring, and motivating. When I started working with Nicole I came with limitations from recent medical issues. During small group training sessions, she always has a plan for me to accommodate my needs. She is spot on and I always get the best workout despite my limitations. My workouts are challenging and are just right for what I need. It has been amazing for me to be able to get myself back into working out even though I have some limitations. Even more exciting for me is that I am getting my strength back and I’ve seen noticeable improvements! All of which I thought I wouldn’t be able to achieve! It’s such an incredible feeling. She is always able to modify the workout for each person and their needs- it’s great to work with someone so knowledgeable and flexible. Nicole has curated such a wonderful space for body's of every kind to work towards a better relationship with their mental and physical health.
I mean it when I say that this gym has healed so much of me. My relationship with my body, my relationship with the gym, and physically recovering from knee surgery and various other life complications.

Rockey Fit Elite Training is the best training experience I have ever had, and I have tried several! The small group training is excellent for the fact that you still get individual attention in a small group setting for less cost and a fun atmosphere. Nicole plans the classes to encourage strength and growth. She keeps an eye on you to ensure your safety and is very motivating! I can’t say nearly enough wonderful things about Nicole. I started training with her in Sept of 2021. Since then, she’s been a part of many of my life changes: toning up for my wedding, helping preparing my body for the delivery of my baby and currently rebuilding strength during my postpartum era. Nicole is very attentive to the needs of her clients and always willing to work with them to achieve any specific goals they want to work towards. I’ve worked with personal trainers before, but I can proudly say that Nicole is by far the best. I’ve been training with her for 3 years and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.
