I love this place. It has changed my life and my body as a mid-aged person with no previous gym experience. I no longer have back pains like I used to and feel much stronger when I play sports. I don't hesitate to be there every weekday morning. Justin is not just a great coach; he's incredibly supportive, dedicated, and knowledgeable. Brandt at Genesis is literally THE BEST personal trainer I’ve ever worked with. He’s also extremely knowledgeable. Every time he trained me I learned something new that I had years of misconceptions about. Mainly how to do exercises the correct way as to not get injured! Seriously, I’ve never felt more safe working out than with Brandt guiding me!

I’ve been with Genesis since it opened 5 years ago, and I have to say that it is absolutely the BEST gym I have ever joined. It provides a highly motivated and encouraging environment for its members. One can feel the enthusiasm as soon as one walks in the door. The trainers are very dedicated to each member and are eager to help clients achieve their health and fitness goals. The group workouts are fun and energetic, and members are encouraged to do their best even when workouts get tough. Genesis was recommended to me when I moved to the area. Everyone there was welcoming to me as a new member from the start. I love the class structure and flexibility. I really appreciate that the trainers recognize individual needs and goals and help to tailor the workouts to those needs, even within the class structure.
I recently took part in the 20Twenty Transformation Challenged and was able to finally hit all of my measurable fitness goals! Following the recommended meal plan, and doing the work in the classes, I was able to lose 7lbs of fat and put on 1.5lbs of muscle in just 4 weeks!! I am down 12lbs overall since October and cannot wait for the next challenge!

I have been a member at Genesis since opening day seven years ago. After 30 years of working out in gyms, Genesis is by far the best gym I have ever attended. The workouts and trainers challenge you while allowing the flexibility to modify to your needs as the client. More importantly, you feel like family. Genesis has helped me maintain my overall wellness. Brian, the owner, has workouts posted in our Genesis app that we can access at home and while we travel. Genesis is amazing and has terrific trainers who are well educated in personal training.

This gym is like cheers, where everyone knows your name! I can't say enough good things about this gym. Every trainer here is helpful and nice. The owner, Brian, is a total goofball and makes it a really fun environment. All the equipment is in great shape and clean. The small group training is my favorite. Small classes with help from the trainer when you need it (and I always need it). Definitely a gem of a gym in Forsyth!

I have been working out at Genesis for nearly a year and love it. Brian and his team are amazing. They’re knowledgeable, positive, and committed to helping you reach your goals. It’s relatively small, but I have never lacked for top-notch equipment and they’re constantly improving the services they provide. You may be able to find a gym that’s less expensive, but the value at Genesis keeps me coming back daily. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my fitness needs.

I have been at Genesis for almost a year, and I love it just as much as when I first began. The workouts are always different. The trainers are friendly and knowledgeable and care about your progress. The owner, Brian, is very hands on and constantly learning and keeping up with all the new methods in the industry. They truly listen to what we want and change to suit the needs of their customers. I have been at other gyms so I know first hand that you will not find a better facility and staff than Genesis. You get an amazing, fun, challenging workout in 30 min with lots of cardio equipment to use if you chose to workout longer. I HIGHLY recommend Brian, his staff and Genesis to everyone who wants to workout in a fun, supportive environment!!!
