I have only had good experiences here with Josh. He is very personable and a great encourager which is very important when you're in the middle of your last set and wanting to quit.
Would 100% recommend trying out Elite Training here in Owasso if you are wanting to revitalize your body, health and/or energy. This is an investment for the rest of your life and while not cheap, it's worth it when you consider it is for an overall improvement in your quality of life.

Josh is amazing! He is incredibly knowledgeable and great person to talk and hang with while you are training. He keeps you accountable and pushes you beyond what you think you can do. When I first came I had lost a lot of weight but stalled out and wanted to start gaining more muscle as well. As soon as we started in I began to lose weight again and am gaining so much more muscle. He helps you with how to eat and how to train and has become a great friend. Highly recommend!

Josh Davis is by far the best trainer I’ve ever worked with. He has the best personality that makes sweating and huffing and puffing so worth it. He’s a cheerleader through the whole thing. I have bad knees and he has the knowledge to push me without hurting me. I’m doing things I never thought I’d do again and have hope for an active future. Highly recommend Josh Davis with Elite Training. The only thing you will lose is sweat and weight!
