I love this gym. The equipment is new, the place is kept clean. The environment is great. The music playing is christian, so I'm always thinking of God and I find myself praying a lot while I'm working out. The staff is friendly and always helpful. Thank you Daniel for opening up this gym.

Overall this is a very well rounded gym, they have all the standard equipment you would expect, members do get 24 Hr. Access and it's extremely clean. There is nothing but good vibes and most importantly the members here are good respectable people. As larger individual I have had some negative experiences at other gyms in the area but Daniel made me feel right at home and I have lost 45 pounds in 3 months. I can't say enough good things about this place.

So very appreciate to have a place where I feel peace and can actually enjoy working out. It has become for me a safe refuge. Body & Soul is such an accurate description of this gym. My body is slowly getting stronger, and my soul definitely feels fortified every time I attend Bible Study there! If you are looking for true Transformation, come on over!

Great place for a good workout. Nice and quiet. Good, personable people. Great prices. Wonderful place for people to work out and be connected with other Christian people. I had issues with the software of paying once and they immediately helped out and even took off the late fee. Very good people.

Most amazing gym I have been to. Wonderful atmosphere- NOT a meat market. Impeccably clean and well maintained. The staff goes the extra mile to help and coach you. Daniel has an amazing facility and staff. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone.

Great gym! Very clean and has lots of equipment to choose from. I personally like the classes and there is a great variety of those as well. The owner and staff are very nice and knowledgeable.
