The sessions are always varied and fun and Ben gives helpful advice of diet and lifestyle as well. I'm training with Ben to get back in shape for an event following the birth of my children. The convenience of him coming to my house means I haven't missed one session. The workouts are varied and I always feel great afterwards. Additionally the nutritional advice is sensible and straightforward, no fad diets or expensive supplements. Ben is a lovely guy and easy to get on with. We are half way through and I am confident that I will be more than ready and looking amazing!

I never knew how much I needed a personal trainer until I started training with Ben! After injuring my back I thought my fitness days were over, but Ben listened to my concerns and put me on a program to strength my back and core, and now my back pain has completely gone and I have got my confidence back in the gym! I would highly recommend him to anyone that is wanting to reach their fitness goals. He definitely knows his stuff and has kept me motivated throughout our training together, and I feel my fittest and strongest I have ever been. The only thing I wish I had done differently was start PT sessions with Ben sooner!
