I’m having the absolute worst time trying to cancel my account. I have been with them over a year.. the gym just smells funny and is dirty. Finally decided to switch gyms.. and the canceling policy is absolutely ridiculous. That little $54 dollars I’m being forced to pay for the next year service, that I won’t have. Will be costing them 3 other memberships. I was the only one who needed to cancel but now everyone else is too. Sucks to suck. I guess

Treasa is an AWESOME group fitness instructor and one of the main reasons I am there 5 days a week! The gym needs some maintenance, more regular cleaning, and expansion of class offerings, but it does have a good sized pool that is nice to have when maintained well.

I’ve been coming to this gym consistently for a year, and I love it! The gym is always clean, and the staff are so friendly! Destiny made a point to remember my name and greets me by name every day! She’s amazing!

BEWARE: I signed up for a membership online because they advertised the first 30 days as free. I went to the gym for the first time, and it was a nightmare. The ceiling tiles were brown and stained, and several machines were broken. It was shocking that they had such high ratings.

Then I found out why—my husband came with me and accidentally left his driver’s license at home. The staff told him that if he left them a 5-star review on Google, he could come in without it! This explains their inflated ratings.

When I tried to cancel my membership within hours of signing up, they refused unless I provided proof of military deployment or a medical letter. This is absurd! Given how unclean this place is, I might need a medical letter after working out here.

Horrible service, terrible experience, and an unclean facility. Don’t give these crooks your money!

Excellent gym! Been a member here for 10+ years. I’ve tried other places like Crunch and much prefer 10gym! Friendly staff, clean facilities, and lots of equipment and space.

Stephanie Medina's Zumba class was an absolute blast! I loved the songs and the dance routines she chose. I can't wait to attend another one of her classes! The facility was nice and spacious for everyone to move. I recommend attending Stephanie's Zumba classes.

Her class makes it a great option for people of all fitness levels who want a workout but feels more like a dance party than exercise, while still providing a good cardio workout. Thank you for creating a judgment-free zone where we can all have fun and get fit. Absolutely love it!
