I lifted weights more often than not for more than 10 years, so I thought I knew what I was doing. However, I saw my shortcoming just shortly after I began working with David.
I was only able work with David for few months due to my finances changing to be unable to continue the program. However, even during the short few months, I saw huge improvements on my pain points and flexibility. Not only that, I feel more knowledgable to carry out any fitness activities stronger and safer.

This msg is actually from Michael, Emma is my kid. As for my experience with David, let me start by saying I am not someone who enjoys exercising and am in my late 50s but I had wanted to try and join another daughter hiking the AT. David was able to keep me focused for 3 months and help me focus on the areas that failed me on the hike. He was able to keep me interested 3 days a week and although I did not get to return to the trail, my back and overall stamina was greatly improved. Thanks David

Logan is far superior than any other trainer. He is dedicated to providing a personalized program for clients that sets you up for success. He consistently demonstrates extensive knowledge in his field and adjusts my work outs and diet plans to meet my goals. I have been training with Logan for over a year and he has never given me the same program twice. He is dependable, supportive and makes our sessions fun while keeping me engaged. I have never worked out consistently UNTIL I began with Logan and now I feel better than ever about my health. Logan is truly a gem in the personal training world and I would recommend him to anyone who is serious about getting fit.

A few months ago I committed to improving my overall physical fitness. After shoulder surgery, I was cautious and I didn't want to injure myself by incorrectly using weights or resistance exercises on my own. David at myFIT came highly recommended as a personal trainer and I have to say he has proven to be perfect for me. He's been great at listening to what I want to accomplish. His positive, personable, entertaining nature make training sessions a lot of fun. David's knowledge of exercise physiology has taught me what to do to avoid stress on joints, work knots out of muscles, and eliminate pain. He personalizes training sessions for me, focusing on my abilities and growing strength. Each day is different and never routine or boring. Also, he has given me exercises for home workouts that work for between gym days. I feel great and I continue to see results. If you are looking for a personal trainer, go talk to David at myFIT. Logan is an awesome trainer! He is so knowledgeable in his field. Just when I think he’s run out of workouts for me to do, he introduces something new. Logan keeps up with new developments in fitness as they emerge including the diet portion of fitness. He has this great balance of pushing me to do my best but also allowing me the room to rest when I feel like I need it. He’s motivational without being pushy and always has a great attitude overall and is very personable. I look forward to my weekly workouts with him and would definitely recommend!
