It’s been a great experience with Deena. She definitely is very detailed about every aspect making sure my form is correct, including tiny details like keeping chin down, neck relaxed, knowledge when my back is arched. I look better & feel better. Jason has a great nutrition plan & checks in regularly. And to work out in the comfort of my home has been wonderful compared to a busy gym & waiting for a machine to open up, just luv this experience. I lost 8lbs in 6 weeks ?

I love working out with Deena. She is knowledgeable about all the different muscle groups. I think that she gets all kinds of certifications and continuously adds to her knowledge. She changes up the routines so I never get bored and it makes it more interesting. When I injured my upper back Deena worked around my injury..She makes sure that I do the exercises correctly.... and she never has me do so much where I get so sore ....that I never want to execise again! I do notice my body getting more toned,stronger and fitter. On top of that she is very personable, caring and fun.

Jason is the best. When I started training with Jason I was skinny fat 🙂 Never having been able to get rid of the stomach pouch but being relatively slim. I also had back concerns from injuries. He put me on a weekly schedule to build strength in core areas to support my frame. We built strength first with me easily besting my all time bench etc. The food program was awesome. I dropped a ton of fat and put on huge muscle gains. People I have known for a long time could not believe the size I put on which is what I was after. Also having shredded abs from this training was a nice result as well. I highly recommend Jason because of his knowledge, integrity, and just being an all around great coach. Thanks J.

Jason is by far the best personal trainer I’ve ever worked with. His knowledge in the realms of body mechanics, injury rehab and prevention and nutrition is well above and beyond any other trainer I’ve worked with. Training with Jason enabled me to lose 70 lbs, increase my bench press from 185 to 275; squats from 225 (I wasn’t trying very hard before him) to 500, I even leg pressed 1400 once! He provides an exacting diet, super intense and fun workouts, supplement plan and cardio plan.

It's impossible to follow his program and not get amazing results. Jason and his team also offer in-home personal training, which he did for me when I moved to the South Bay for a short time. If you are want to work the best trainer in town, here he is. If you want a rent-a-friend who coddles you, you're not going to like him. Do everything he says and you'll transform quickly!

I first signed up for Jason’s High Performance program over 10 years ago in preparation for my wedding. Prior to that, I had worked with 2 other trainers with limited success. Jason had brought me down from 24% body fat to 17% body fat…a transformation I was extremely happy with.
Much time has passed, and 3 pregnancies later I decided to reach out to Jason again since I was having difficulties dropping weight. I had moved from the Westside of LA to the Southbay, so Jason referred me to his colleague Shon Halisi in El Segundo. Jason kept me on a customized dietary plan and we communicated regularly, while I trained with Shon locally. Shon is also extremely knowledgeable, helped me strengthen areas of injury, and is very meticulous in ensuring you are in proper form and engaging target muscles. Over an 8 week period, I am back down to pre-wedding/pre-children weight…an achievement I thought was completely out of reach at my age! I am extremely satisfied with my results, and have enjoyed working with these two experts.
This program works, and you are guaranteed results if you follow the plan.

Workouts with Sean in El Segundo tookmy workouts to the next level. Always taking a workout and tweaking it to reach my goals. It’s amazing how small changes in form make the lift more difficult but also get more out of the workout — needed a trainer who knows their stuff. Hard to match the intensity needed by just working out alone.
