Eder is an amazing trainer and my husband and l are so glad we were able to find him. It was a pleasure training with Eder over the course of two years. In addition to complete full-body high interval training twice per week, I enjoyed his comprehensive approach to wellness. He promotes healthy eating by preparing realistic meal plans and sharing mindfulness practices. He is also great at tracking workouts, strength improvements and progress. I've been working out with Eder since 2019, so we've been at it for almost five years now. He's not just my trainer anymore--he's a friend. Eder is awesome because he really listens to what I need and is super flexible with our training sessions. But don't get me wrong, he also knows how to push me to my limits and keep me motivated.

One of the best things about Eder is that he follows up with me even outside of our sessions. He texts me to check on what I've been eating and to make sure I'm getting enough protein. It's those little things that show he genuinely cares about my progress.

If you're looking for a trainer who's down-to-earth, supportive, and knows how to get results, Eder is your guy. Highly recommend him!
