Jay Jackson is an excellent trainer who creates both an exercise routine and meal plans that fits his client's individual needs and goal. Jay offers kind, but firm encouragement and feedback during and after each workout. I highly recommend him if you considering re-invigorating you health and wellness routine in a way that leads to sustained results. Personally, I've lost 20 plus pounds and drastically increased my muscle mass!

Positive force. That’s how I would describe Jay Jackson’s influence as a transformative driver in my life. I was struggling with weight management and ultimately, motivation and accountability as it relates to my workouts. I decided to look for a professional to help me figure out my workout routine and found Jay through searches in my local area.

After reading through his reviews and speaking with Jay, I decided to sign on for a 12 week personal training program 3 times a week. After about 6 weeks of working out with Jay and following his diet plan, the transformation I’ve gone through is phenomenal. I’ve felt better and stronger than ever before, my strength has grown exponentially, and I’m actually excited to work out each day. Not to mention, I’m actually shrinking my waist line each week.

Jay constantly challenges and pushes me to be the best version of myself in each and every work out. Without fail, I start each workout wondering if I’m going to make it through the session, and end the workout amazed at what I accomplished. Jay’s always receptive to my questions, modifies his workouts to adjust for how I’m feeling that day (soreness) and is overall a kind and thoughtful person. They say the people you surround yourself with say a lot about you, and I’m extremely proud to say that I have Jay on my “life team”.

I would highly recommend Jay to anyone and everyone who is looking for transformation. Excited to continue to train with Jay and challenge myself!

I started training with Jay when I moved down to Atlanta. I never loved how I looked with extra pounds, but immediately knew that I couldn't hide behind sweaters because it is just too hot here. Jay got me started on a customized nutrition plan as well as workouts three days a week. The workouts are challenging, but Jay has such a positive energy which helps keep me motivated. In just the first three months, I lost 20 pounds and I was able to start diving into that section of my closet that I thought was lost forever. While my journey isn't over, I'm loving the results I'm seeing and that also pushes me to keep going. It isn't magic. You still have to put in the work, but Jay is the perfect coach to get you there!

Atlanta has many personal trainers to choose from, but after reading so many good reviews on Jay & BeProfit online I decided to schedule my free session. I've been training with Jay for almost six months, and I haven't felt stronger, happier, more positive and confident as I do now. Jay not only knows exactly how to challenge you to get your best results, but his energy and motivation are the reason why I am so excited to come to his sessions every week! The strange thing is I've even become excited for 5am workouts! I have so much more energy throughout the day than I've ever had after having trained with Jay.

Throughout our first few sessions Jay took the time to assess where I was physically and mentally and what my goals were, and immediately put a diet and fitness plan in place that focuses on what I need to achieve my goals. He truly cares about your success and is not only a personal trainer but has become a life coach/mentor/, I could go on and on! He's always flexible with my schedule and is always there to answer any questions that I have. He keeps you on track and checks in even when you're not training with him! He will kick your butt in every workout and will push you to be your best every time, but is always determined to get you exactly where you want to be. If you're wanting to be in the best shape of your life and feel the best you've ever felt then I highly recommend Jay and BeProfit. He has completely transformed my life and can transform yours too!!

Before I started working with Jay I had tried group training but I wasn’t seeing my body tone up nor was I seeing the weight come off... and when you’re in a group workout... its hard to get the attention, and personal accountability far as proper form and motivation.

Working with Jay I’ve develop better eating habits, my body has toned up and I actually enjoy working out now.
