I started at BridgeFit Four months ago. I’m now wondering why I didn’t join it years ago. The personalization of workouts, the attention that you get from the trainers on small group workouts, and Dustin‘s commitment to being better every day has made me healthier than I have been in years! I don’t write a lot of reviews but like to when I’ve had a really great experience. I started strength training at BridgeFit in January and have gotten so much stronger this year. And have done that safely - a key focus of theirs, which originally attracted me to give them a try. I was attracted to BridgeFit’s small group personal training which is at very reasonable rates. What is different at BridgeFit is each person has their own unique set of exercises to do according to their body goals and abilities. And they change up the program frequently which keeps my body guessing and me interested. The atmosphere is non-competitive which I like. And the trainers are knowledgeable about the specific limitations I have from old injuries that were identified in a 1-on-1 assessment when I first signed up. They are also such a great group to work with - very welcoming and upbeat. They make getting and staying fit really enjoyable. I’m very happy I found BridgeFit and have developed a steady fitness program again. I’m in my 60s and I realized it was definitely time to get back in shape and build that into my weekly schedule so I stay healthy.

I have been a member of the BridgeFit community for 4 years. I've trained with Dustin Yantzi for over 8 years. Prior to training with Dustin and other staff, I had a lot of hip pain and was experiencing bone density loss. At BridgeFit, the trainers assessed my overall fitness and created an individual plan to help me reach my goals. This is an ongoing process and I'm feeling better and more fit than ever before. Dustin and his team are so encouraging. I can now keep up with my very active grandchildren. I appreciate the care and support I receive at BridgeFit. And I've made a lot of friends too!

The team at this gym is exceptional. They are fitness experts and really great people. Incredible culture lead by Dustin Yantzi. They truly care about their craft and the people they work with. They have helped me improve my functional fitness over the years as well as help meet my personal fitness goals. It's really fun to work out here and I love the BridgeFit community. I get excited to go to my workout which has never happend to me before. My son now also works out at BridgeFit. I'm a huge fan. I highly recommend this place.

BridgeFit has truly transformed my fitness journey. The coaches are not only knowledgeable and motivating but they also tailor workouts to help me reach my specific goals. These are not “boxed” workouts/classes that everyone does at the same time. The plans are truly personalized for what I need. It's incredible how the coaches’ attention to detail has led me to big improvements. I feel better. I move better. I look better, and my sleep has improved significantly.

What really sets BridgeFit apart is the community. The other members are so encouraging, kind, and welcoming. With the guidance of the coaches and the positivity of the BridgeFit community, I'm getting closer to my fitness goals every day.

I highly recommend Bridgefit to anyone seeking a personal trainer.

Dustin, the owner, greeted me with the kind of warmth that immediately put me at ease. Especially since I was outside of my comfort zone seeking personalized fitness for the first time ever. His attentiveness during our initial discussion about my fitness goals and being interested in my personal life made me feel genuinely cared for.

The coaching team—Jarod, Gemma, Chase, and Noah, have been consistently kind and personable. They take the time to ask about my day, making the gym feel like a family rather than just a business.

A special shoutout to Barb. Her dedication to staying engaged with members even outside the gym is commendable. The You Vs You challenge, in particular, has been a really effective way to push myself beyond the confines of the gym. It’s a cool concept that encourages us to compete with ourselves and others, reaching for our personal best. I snuck some birthday cake the other day though. Sorry guys.

Jarod has been especially helpful, reassessing my calorie and step goals when I wasn't feeling well. His advice to listen to my body and use goals as guidelines rather than rigid rules was invaluable. By slightly increasing my calorie intake and decreasing my steps, he helped me find a balance that gave my body the fuel and energy it needed. As a result, I've lost a couple of pounds and noticed more muscle tone. PS - Get better soon Jarod!! The gym misses your presence.

BridgeFit is exactly what this does for you. This Personalized training setting with a perfect blend of Fitness, Strength Training and Cardio. Tailored to you, not cookie cutter. Which I love! Great Community support among the trainers and your peers. You feel part of something better. Coming off of injury or coming back to overall wellness.

I love coming to BridgeFit because of the knowledge & friendly staff and the wonderful community of people. The workouts are designed to be safe & effective and the personal attention you get helps keep you on course and keeps you coming back. I think their business model and dedication is key for so many of us having success - when we hadn't had consistency in exercise prior. It is possible (and so beneficial) to GAIN muscle as a post-menopausal woman but only with hard work and consistency. For me, BridgeFit is definitely my bridge to a healthier future.
