I can say enough about my gym! I have reached amazing goals in less then 6 months. I look forward to my group class everyday. Working out is the Joy of my day literally. We have a blast motivating each other and sharing our journeys. At times we get competitive, but it’s all out of love. Amazing!!!! So happy I found this gym. Everyone turned into my 2nd Family. Workouts are fun, and it definitely gets your body in shape. I never feel intimidated or uncomfortable when working out. Just wanted to get back on my grind.
Even looked on Thumbtack to see who I'd find
Sent out about 4 or 5 personal trainer requests
Hoping to land one and that we would mesh!
Usually I would end up being disappointed
And by GOD? HE sent one who's anointed.

Prayers were answered with FLEX APPEAL
Once you go there? "the workout" is REAL
Prices were extraordinarily, comparably, incredible
Even the training times offered were very reasonable
