I've been training with KMF for the past few months and I couldn't be happier. JJ creates personalized workouts that fit my needs and the sessions are always challenging and incredibly rewarding. What I appreciate the most is the supportive and encouraging environment that JJ creates. Its clear he cares about his clients and their progress. If your looking for a personal trainer who is professional, dedicated and motivating I highly recommed JJ! He's awesome 🙂

I just found KMF Fitness and JJ. Run, don't walk to this class. I need a small group fitness atmosphere so I don't injure myself. ? The class works your full body, no jumping and pounding. JJ makes sure you are doing the moves correctly and will adjust exercises to your level and needs. I need to focus on my hips and he tailored exercises for me. The people in my class are friendly and welcoming. Give it a try.

I’m 33, quite active and am in very decent shape for my age. Before training with KMF however, my workouts weren’t consistent and I performed exercises that were convenient for the given day. Not to mention, my knees and mainly right hip were causing me discomfort. I initially turned to JJ to increase my mobility in my joints and strengthen the muscles around my joints that I had previously neglected. After 3 weeks with JJ’s exercises, not only are my legs bigger, but my flexibility has improved, and my joint pain has decreased significantly. In addition, since JJ’s exercises focus so much on core and full body movements, I am noticeably stronger and have replaced my muscle specific heavy lifts with JJs exercises for my entire body. My core is now engaged in all my exercises allowing me to bang out body weight exercises like never before, pull ups and push ups for example. I plan on utilizing JJ’s strength program exclusively moving forward. Best part is, his program allows for the incorporation of cardio and other forms if physical activity in the off days. For instance, as someone who loves boxing, his workouts only increase my performance with this and other recreational activities. Plus, it’s exciting to get the new work outs every Sunday! I highly recommend JJ and his program. His enthusiasm and passion alone speak to the quality of the program.

JJ does a great job of personalizing my workout that fits my goals. JJ helped me focus on my long term fitness goals that include stability and full body workouts. I was really impressed by the unique moves he incorporated, and his ability to isolate muscle groups with many planes of motion.

So, I’m someone who thinks that the act of working out is truly WORK!!

I’m 63 years old, two years removed from total knee replacement surgery. I definitely don’t need to be yelled at by some Boot Camp instructor.

From the moment I met JJ, he listened to what I wanted to accomplish and how I wanted to accomplish it. In this day and age of cookie-cutter responses to just about everything it was very refreshing that not only did he listen but that he took the time to understand what I really wanted.

As a fellow small business owner, I understand what true customer service means and so does JJ.

We ended up going forward with a combination of in person and video workouts. It certainly makes it easier for me who has a schedule that is never the same and frequently is called upon last minute to work with my clients.

Just over three weeks into the program and I won’t say it is fun but it is keeping my attention by being very interesting and ever changing.

All I can tell you, is try it. You won’t be disappointed.
