I can’t recommend Mike enough. He has completely changed my life and I can’t thank him enough. The amount of times I looked at his adverts before finally making the initial contact. I just wish I had done it sooner. The advice and support has been amazing and I have learnt so much, especially about exercise. I actually enjoy it now! I can remember Mike telling me that following his advice would be easier than any other diet I had tried in the past and it really is. I’m seeing results, feeling stronger and more confident and Mike is helping me reach my goals. Mike definitely has a super power - he just gets it and I can’t thank him enough for this. Excited for the journey to continue!

I highly recommend Mike and thank him for what he’s helped me achieve. I signed up with him 6 months ago and have managed to lose 3.5 stone and in doing so feel a lot healthier in myself both physically and mentally and all without going to a gym.
Mikes programme works and his encouragement, guidance and support are exceptional, he’s always there when you need him to give you positivity which is amazing when you’re not feeling great about yourself which does happen.
If you are looking for a personal trainer to help, then I wouldn’t look any further as you won’t find one better.

I started work with Mike 3 months ago with a view to improving my fitness and general health ahead of knee surgery planned in 2024. I’ve always failed to find exercises that I enjoyed and therefore have struggled with motivation and consistency. At the start I lacked not only fitness but also confidence in my ability to achieve fitness goals. After 3 months I have a complete mindset change towards exercise, I actually look forward to doing my workouts and have achieved results I didn’t think possible. Along with Mike’s nutritional help I have lost over a stone and increased my strength significantly. Mike is always quick to respond with advice when needed and flexible to adjust routines and exercises as required. I cannot recommend Mike highly enough, he is extremely knowledgeable, and in addition to this he has an amazing ability to motivate, encourage and support.

Mike is simply fantastic! I signed up with him during a particular low period and he really took the time to understand what I wanted from this sessions and my time limitations etc. in eight weeks I have reframed my relationship with food and drink and am really enjoying the workouts and both the physical and mental changes that working with Mike has brought. I cannot recommend him highly enough- he is supportive, fun, and most of all non judgmental - he gets that life sometimes means you have a takeaway and a bottle of wine and he continues to encourage and guide- I have never had such success in short apace of time and this is down to Mikes approach and hard work.

I contacted Michael to try and improve my general health and fitness, because I was in a cycle of endless fads which resulted in no real improvement. Michael suggested an initial three month course and, now we’re at the end of that, my attitude to exercise and nutrition has completely changed. His expertise and motivation has been invaluable and for the first time in almost 20 years I’m enjoying exercise again (for the most part). I cannot recommend his services highly enough. Worth every penny!!
