I have been going to this gym since 2020 and it’s truly the best in Abilene! This is the only workout program I have been able to stick to with any consistency and have seen measurable improvement. The front desk staff and coaches are always friendly and helpful. They have cultivated an atmosphere of positivity and inclusivity that is unmatched in my experience. Give them a try - you get a free trial class!

Orangetheory workouts will change your body AND thoughts about fitness.

There is no gym-timidation, here! All the coaches are absolutely amazing and the atmosphere is extremely friendly, warm, and welcoming! Whether you’re new to working out, intermediate, or a pro, this IS the place for you! (There are modifiers for beginners, if needed)

I’ve never left thinking I wish I hadn’t come to class. AND I’ve never had the same workout twice. I encourage everyone to come and join the OTF Fam! You won’t be disappointed! ?

I love OTF ABI! I show up and am welcomed by one of the workers behind the desk. I don’t have to think about what body areas or exercises I need to do at OTF; they have it planned and waiting for me everyday.

I can push myself or work a little less hard switching between jogging and walking during the same workout when I need to. Each 60 minutes workout includes treadmill work and weight lifting. Rowing machines are not always a daily rotation. You have total control and flexibility within the workouts while being guided by the coach in class. Coach monitors your form providing encouragement and individual instruction when needed or requested.

One workout per day is solely treadmill work or weight lifting for 50 minutes. I love those Strength 50 classes, too! It is great to see people of all fitness levels achieve a great workout together.

I loved being able to see my progress. It helped keep the workout interesting and motivated me to push a little harder. Analyzing post workout was also great to see that your hard work paid off. The coaches are interested in how you are performing. The workouts are different each time which also keeps you motivated and keeps it interesting so you want to always go back to class.

Warning! This may become your new addiction and the best hour of your day! I love the friendly staff and motivating coaches. Each class offers so much variety. Whether you are hardly able to walk on the treadmill or training for a competition, all types of fitness levels can get something out of these workouts!

Great atmosphere. Left feeling like I had a great workout. My instructor was awesome and high energy, which helped me stay motivated and focused. Prices are reasonable considering its not just your regular gym, Everything is guided instruction. Very clean facility as well. A+

Orangetheory is fun and addictive!! I don’t have to think about what my fitness routine is. I just show up and do as I’m told! I feel healthy and strong. I have lost weight and I have been eating whatever I want and my weight is stable. The workouts are always different and challenging (in a good way). The coaches will keep you motivated. I love seeing my heart rate on the screen (not sure if it's accurate though) and pushing myself beyond what I think I can do.
I absolutely love this place. The front-desk staff is super friendly, as soon as you walk in they welcome you and know your name. Manager Rachel is always very helpful & encouraging! Coach Dessire and Joel are super helpful with modifications during workouts. I go to their classes the most but ALL the coaches are great! If your thinking about signing up, just try it for a month and see if it's for you. Good health is priceless.
