I’ve been working with TUCKER a year and a half now. I transitioned to seeing TUCKER after a year of PT recovering from pretty traumatic back surgery. I had several herniated disks. One disk was so badly herniated it compressed my L4 nerve root and essentially turned off my left leg. PT was great, and got me back to walking and playing golf but I graduated there needed to transition to something more sustainable. TUCKER is highly attuned to people recovering from injuries and super knowledgeable on how to make best progress. After year and a half I’m stronger than I ever been in my whole life and TUCKER keeps keen an eye on me to make sure, my form is good in order to prevent re-injury. I couldn’t recommend TUCKER more. He changed my life.

Prior to working with Tucker, I had received cortisone injections and two epidurals to relieve my lower back pain. My doctor said my pain was coming from a bulged disc but injections weren't helping, so my husband went to the internet for answers and found Tucker. In our first session, Tucker immediately diagnosed the root cause of my issues (SI joint instability) and we started stretching and strengthening exercises. I couldn't believe how quickly I started to feel relief. Since working with Tucker, my pain (and my husband's) is practically gone. Tucker is by far the most knowledgeable trainer I've ever worked with. He focuses 100% of his attention on your movements to make sure you are doing them correctly and is able to make quick modifications should there be any pain/discomfort. Before meeting Tucker I was anxious about how the sessions would go and worried that I'd be pushed to do exercises I wasn't ready for - this was absolutely not the case. Tucker takes great care in making sure you are physically ready for each new movement. He provides nothing but kind encouragement and the results speak for themselves. Last but not least, Tucker is an all-around great human and a pleasure to spend time with.

Tucker is an amazing trainer. I started working with him after persistent hip pain kept me from my regular tennis game. During our first session together, Tucker identified some key areas where I was missing strength and flexibility and put together a program to remedy it. After just a few sessions together, the problems that had been plaguing me more months have practically disappeared and I’ve been able to return to playing tennis again. I strongly recommend Tucker for anyone looking for a highly skilled trainer who knows how to create a workout program that’s tailored to their needs.

First sesh with Tucker, I knew this was it. Lots of in-depth knowledge. I had a different trainer before who also had the credentials, but the dude didn't know half as much. Especially in terms of modifying the moves to my abilities.
In the past, my progress kept getting derailed by recurring shoulder pain. Tests didn't show anything major, but it felt uncomfortable every time I lifted. I even did some PT for it, but quit that because it was expensive and I didn't feel like I was getting better.
Tucker ran me through some drills and diagnosed that the problem was coming from a combination of poor form and lack of mobility. It took some time, but after a few weeks, I could train hard without feeling the shoulder pain. And that put me in a good mood, because I was kind of ready to quit working out altogether.
The other thing is I guess I'm what they call a hardgainer. It's really hard for me to add muscle, so it's hard for me to see the results that make me want to keep going.
Well, I'm still not as strong as I want to be, but after three months or so, Tucker helped me add about 5 lbs of muscle--and I still weigh the same amount. So my body composition has totally changed. It's pretty crazy actually. I wish I'd taken before pictures. But basically my arms and shoulders look bigger and there's a definite cut between my triceps and biceps.
Tucker says my flexibility has improved, too. I can tell that with little things like just popping out of the car or trying to give my daughter piggy back rides or whatever. But truthfully, I'm not in it for the flexibility, I just don't want to look like I'll blow away in the wind.
I also like that, on those rare days when I'm really not as into it, he'll adjust to that.
Anyway, hope this helps anyone looking for a trainer. They're hard to find, I've been through a few.

Working out with Tucker is the best! He knows the human body better than any trainer I’ve ever worked with and is really good at teaching correct form. Our workouts are a mixture of strength, flexibility, and conditioning work. They’re always challenging but never to the point of being overwhelming. Tucker is positive, professional, and cares a lot about seeing his clients achieve their goals. I always leave in a better mood than when I came in. Highly recommend.

Tucker was recommended to me when I started having back pain from carrying my toddler around. He put together a set of workout routines to help restore the core strength that I had lost during pregnancy. My back felt so much better after just our first session! Tucker increased the intensity of my workouts as I got stronger and he switched out the exercises to keep sessions interesting and fun. I would definitely recommend Tucker to anyone looking for postpartum training or core strength help.

Working with Tucker has been a game changer. As someone who’s been exercising their entire life, I thought I knew every workout and trick under the sun. What’s different about Tucker is that he taught me to turn on muscles I didn’t know existed and taught me how to use my body correctly so that I don’t injure myself. Thanks to this, I’m able to train harder than I have in years and have none of the aches and pains that I used to. If you’re looking for a trainer to teach you proper form and how to use your body the right way, Tucker is your guy.

I started working with Tucker last year at the recommendation of my surgeon. Having had both hips replaced two years earlier, I still had a great deal of weakness and lingering pain as a result of the procedure.
It only took one session with Tucker for me to feel the difference. I was exhausted, that’s for sure. But ever since starting to work with him my hips feel more flexible and stable than they have in years, and I can feel muscles working that I didn’t even know existed!
Tucker is outstanding trainer who knows how train people whose bodies are on the mend. He’s patient, professional, and knows how to meet people where they are.
