I am so glad that I decided to take Rachel’s 12 week Weight Loss Program. Not only did I lose 16 pounds and fit into all of my smaller clothes, I did so on a plan where I never felt deprived and was never hungry. Rachel makes it easy to learn about better eating habits, nutrition choices and paths to make this program a easy, permanent lifestyle change. Rachel is a good listener and really cares about your life long success. I would recommend anyone looking for a great weight loss program or one-on-one personal training, to give Rachel a call. Rachel is amazing.

This program has totally worked for me! Both times I have done the program I have lost about 10% of my weight, which was where I wanted to be. I am encouraged to eat healthier and prepare my food. Rachel constantly works on adding new recipes, that get better and better. Rachel is motivating and enlightening. She will do everything in her power to help you be successful. This program not only helps your body and your health, she actually elevates your mood and encourages us to be our best self with self care. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this program. 3 words- FAB-U-LOUSSSS‼️ I am 2 months into my health journey with Rachel and it has been AMAZING. Rachel has been brilliant in working with my specific needs and truly understands what is necessary to help me meet my goals. Her detailed approach to nutrition {her meals are YUMMY} and fitness plans has exceeded my expectations. She is always at hand when needed, responds to messages quickly and is really great in making you feel motivated. Rachel’s sessions are always different and challenging, but are so much FUN‼️

Importantly:
– She ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries.
– She is extremely reliable & punctual – always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned.

Nothing I tried worked until Rachel! I am not someone that easily gains or loses weight. But with my two pregnancies, I gained 20 pounds each. I was not one of the lucky ones that lost any weight while breast-feeding and if I tried to cut my calories while breast-feeding, I lost my supply. So I decided my babies came first and didn’t try anything extreme until after I was done. I tried intermittent fasting, keto, Whole 30 eating, cardio intense work outs, and nothing worked for me. I tried for a year on my own, and when nothing seemed to work, I decided to seek out the help of a professional. In four months, I lost 25 pounds with the help from Rachel. She didn’t change my workouts. I continue to work out three times a week for 30 minutes. She helped me learn how to feed my body the correct way. I only have 15 pounds left and I cannot thank her enough for helping me get my body back after bringing two beautiful boys into the world.

I had been wanting to do Lifestyle Design for a long time and finally... It. Was. Time. I was increasing my activity but still not having great results by doing it myself. Rachel offers so much more than just meal plans. I love the accountability, the phone calls, the check ins, the body scans, not to mention her recipes and her personality. She pays attention to your results and really cares about helping others achieve their goals. She has a holistic, educational and fun approach, and by the end of the 12 weeks it actually feels kind of easy. Never thought I would say that! I absolutely would recommend this program to anyone who is not having the success they desire by doing it alone.

This program is exactly what I was looking for. I knew I needed to support my body with a healthy diet but I had a hard time getting started. I needed the support designing meal plans with appropriate macros. Rachel’s meal plans save me tons of time and I don’t have to worry about doing it correctly. Rachel Is fantastic coach and leader. She is organized, professional and completely invested. The program is not only effective ( I lost 16 pounds and dropped 1.5 dress sizes in 10 weeks), but also easy to follow. Overall physical and mental health is the primary goal. I would recommend Rachel and her program to absolutely everyone.
