EMS training is like nothing else I’ve done but Keenan is the best trainer! He knows how to build strength with encouragement and different exercises, and he changes up the workout every time. I leave each workout feeling like I’m improving strength and learning better form/technique that I can apply to other workouts (and every day life)!. I signed up because a friend said EMS helped her sore joints and it helped mine too. This is a very professional place that will review your fitness goals and tailor workouts to those. This is the place to come if you want to get into shape. All visits are one on one and cater to your level of fitness. Keenan even takes into consideration any medical problems that you may have. He will also help you with diet changes to get you to the healthiest you. He is encouraging and not judgmental. He understands when you not feeling your best and can’t give your all and will customize the session. I’ve lost weight. I have less pain. I’m stronger and able to do activities of daily living easier. This is a new lifestyle for me
