Jenn, Butch, Kayla, Myles, Brennan, Rebecca, & all the others are a wonderful bunch of folks with which to work. They are extremely competent, knowledgable, skilled, friendly, & compassionate. It's a joy to workout with such trainers. Honestly, there are many mornings I'd rather stay home sipping coffee & watching the news, but after my 20 minutes @ The Exercise Coach, I'm always glad I didn't give in to my inner couch potato self.

I've had over 90 plus sessions, consider I used to do free weights a lot, the difference is noticeable. Leaner muscle, stronger and no joint pain. The team there is awesome!! Oh the biggest benefit is I am done within 25 min, no more being in the gym for an hour or more. And trust me you feel it. I would highly recommend for everyone.
