I started with Domi around 6 weeks ago now and so far I'm smashing my weight loss journey, and it's all thanks to Domi! She's a great PT, pushing me to better myself and hit new PBs every week! She's made a fitness and nutrition plan tailored to me and is continually checking in with me.

Dominika is brilliant as a coach. I’ve trained with her for just over 12 weeks and she’s helped me lose weight without a harsh and unsustainable diet. I was nervous of going to the gym and using weights on my own at the start so Dom personalised my plan to include at home and gym workouts while helping me build my confidence. The Y-Not team workouts put on by Dom every month are great as well! She’s a coach that really does care about her clients.

I highly recommend Dominika as a personal trainer. I struggled with being overweight and lacking self-confidence. Now, after almost two months of training I can see huge changes in my body, weight and everyday life. Dominika not only has great knowledge but also a great approach to customers. Dominika is an amazing personal trainer. What I really like about her as a coach is her attention to detail and feedback for each and every exercise. She corrects form and makes sure you are doing everything correctly to avoid injury. I personally did not like going to the gym before,.I found it very intimidating. After spending over 3 months with Dominika, I can say I really like going to the gym now. I feel I am getting stronger as I spend more time doing her sessions.

It has been 4 months training with Dominika and she has been great. I'm mostly new to the gym, my initial goal was first to stick to the gym, but also to have the proper lifting technique. Dominika has helped a lot with those two things. Her attention to detail is impressive, as soon as I start an exercise, 100% of her attention goes to checking proper form and promptly correcting any mistakes.

Thanks to Dominika, in these 4 months I have gained muscle, increased by strenght and lost some fat. But most importantly, I have also gained confidence in doing the exercises.

I would genuinely recommend her to anyone that is looking for a very professional and knowledgeable PT.

I would definitely recommend Dominika to anyone looking for a personal trainer. As someone with no gym experience she has now helped me gain confidence in the gym and is always pushing me to improve each week. She is always supportive and on hand for any advice needed whether that be for workouts or the nutrition side of things. I was noticing results during my first block with her and now starting my 3rd i know she will continue to help me achieve my goals. Honestly cannot recommend her enough ?
