I have been training with Sam for over 12 years in various locations and although I never tell him, he is brilliant. Some things you need to know - he will make you a tea or coffee on arrival if you ask nicely, he ignores moaning and swearing, he doesn’t always get his counting right (although he will always maintain he is correct and I am wrong), he will push you to achieve the best you can and he can be distracted if you find the right topics.

Sam is an amazing PT - working with him is the best decision I've made regarding my health. He is so knowledgeable about all things fitness and nutrition, doesn't feed you any bullsh*t, and puts work into your mindset too.

The gym sessions about kill me off every week but they are always enjoyable and Sam is there to support and push you when you need it. He adapts things when needed and I can't thank him enough for helping me strengthen my knees from an old injury.

I am so much stronger, lighter, my clothes actually fit me again and I am more confident in all areas of my life. Sam is your guy if you want any of these things! I cannot recommend him enough ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Sam has been such a great PT. So knowledgeable about fitness and exercise and really motivational with a good sense of humour! You'll laugh, you'll cry, you'll reach your goals!
There's so much support outside of the in-person training as well which has been so helpful. I'd recommend him 100%

I researched a few personal trainers and no matter what I saw in my research it directed me back to going with Sam. When I spoke to him on the phone before signing up he seemed informative, knowledgeable and helps with nutrition too. He understood why I wanted a PT and explained how he worked.
He was open, not pushy.

I started with Sam and he is beyond what I'd have expected. I've always done a lot of Les Mills training in the past however Sam freaking rocks. Having someone who's rooting for you, advising on your posture, encouraging you and giving you that edge over your own mind.

I definitely with weeks felt stronger, and more fit physically in such a short space of time. I cannot wait to see where I'm at this time next year.

Sam Pashley Fitness is such value for money, it's not just about my training. There's work that goes on behind scenes to make sure my goals are allligned and upto date. Weekly checks in, as part of his programmes are to assist with your home work outs too which is above and beyond the commitment from other pt's. He's helped me become aware of my food which I'm grateful for. He's REAL, down to earth, easy to talk to, not judgmental at all...and a bonus is he's quite funny too.

I’ve been training with Sam for just under 6 months. I’ve lost 6kg and I’m the fittest and strongest I’ve ever been. I’ve tried so many different diets and exercise regimes and not stuck to any of them until now! Sam gives you all the support and information you need not just with training but nutrition as well. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for guidance and help with fitness and wellbeing!

I have been working with Sam for nearly 2 years and have come to look forward to training in a way I have never before. Not only have I lost weight, gained in strength and fitness but I simply enjoy the sessions and they've become a huge part of my week. Sam applies no pressure but does push you, he takes into account your personal goals, is consistently upbeat and just a positive person to spend time with. His support goes beyond the hour session, and I've received guidance with nutrition, habits etc I really couldn't recommend him more highly!

I have trained with Sam for about 5 Years now and our PT sessions are without question the most important part of my health and well being program. I initially started working with Sam as I trained alone and was looking for help in reaching my fitness goals.

For me, Sam has redefined what a personal trainer is, he took time to understand me, my goals and my potential. He then worked with me to create structured and flexible programs which offered variety in my training, whilst still remaining focussed on my goals, this kept the training fun and interesting, as well as giving me ideas for future goals.

Nutritional advice, regular reviews, challenging self doubt and non stop encouragement have all been important parts of the training since day one. I have been able to move weights far beyond what I thought I would be able to, my fitness levels and appetite for exercise have increased hugely and at nearly 50 I am in the best shape of my life and I am nowhere near done yet.

Sam has created a fantastic training environment and has given me a strong ‘can do’ approach, not only to my training, but life in general. The sessions can be challenging, but are always fun AND rewarding.

If you are reading this review with a view to start training with Sam then put this down and do it! Sam’s ability to enthuse you, remove the barriers between you and your goals and create an unshakeable self belief, will catapult you on the road to creating a new you. Enjoy the journey!

I can't rate Sam highly enough. This is as different from terrifying / shaming school PE as it's possible to get! Sam showed me how to use a kettle bell safely and helped me structure ongoing sessions to improve my core strength. Friendly, funny and really knows his stuff. Thank you!
